The Land Transportation Office-9 (LTO-9) Isabela District Office has earned P3.2-million in revenue during the first three months of the year.

LTO District Manager Habier Kalbi said that his office earned a total of P3,285,902.45 from January to March this year.

The revenue was collected from motor vehicle registration and renewal, driver license applications and enforcement of the Traffic Code and other related laws.

Meanwhile, Kalbi asked the understanding of LTO clients whose licenses cannot be processed immediately by the LTO office.

Kalibi attributed the slow issuance of drivers’ licenses to the poor internet connection.

“Ang internet provider kasi 4.1 megabytes per second lang ang signal.  Ang kailangan sa server dito sa office ko ay 8.5 megabytes per second para maka-print ng license cards,”  Kalbi explained.

Kalbi advised his clients to go to the LTO office in Zamboanga to have their license cards printed.  (Allen Abastillas)
