The Bangsamoro Assembly was originally scheduled for November 3 to 4 but was postponed to the third week of November.  This was reportedly due to commitments made by President Rodrigo Duterte on the ASEAN Summit.

The assembly was reportedly called to discuss the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). (Remus Ong)
